
SHIPPING POLICY - MAMALOUS BIRTH PILLOW
The shipping costs get worked out on your location. Mamalous is situated in Cape Town, Western Cape. The client has to pay for the delivery cost. Once Mamalous has received the payment for the client's order & delivery cost the order will be dispatched from Mamalous to the client's delivery address. Please make sure that your delivery address is correct on the Invoice. The normal turnaround time is 5 - 7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday. If there is a delay, Mamalous will inform the client accordingly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY - MAMALOUS BIRTH PILLOW
Mamalous will not accept any returns on sale articles, other than defective articles.
If the Products are not the same as what you have ordered this must be reported within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery.
Any complaints regarding the quality of the product need to be e-mailed to info@mamalous.co.za. All defective articles returned will be inspected by our Mamalous quality department. Should the article found to not be defective, no refund will be made by Mamalous and the cost of returning the articles will be for the customer’s account.

If you are returning Products via courier or post office you must package them carefully so that the item does not become damaged en route. Please include a copy of your original invoice with any return and communication between Mamalous and you.

If you need to exchange an item, please Mamalous at info@mamalous.co.za to arrange for the exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the all the postage fees. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will refund the postage fees. Please Note: Items bought on clearance or promotion may not be sent back for an exchange.
